Introduction
本課程旨在訓練不同專業背景(如人力資源、資訊管理科技教育)的學員具備領導與管理科技導入專案的實戰技巧。本課程將依據國際專案管理學會的標準教授瀑布式與敏捷式深度專案管理運作流程和相關知識領域並應用在導入人力資源科技的情境中包括但不限於人工智慧擴增實境/虛擬實境、區塊鏈大數據雲端運算物聯網機器人以及社交媒體於人力資源發展或人員管理的應用
 
The course is designed specifically to prepare individuals with undergraduate degrees in a wide-range of disciplines (e.g. Human Resources, Information Management, and Technology Education) for responsible leadership roles in technology-based and professional workplaces. The courses provide in-depth preparation in project management mythologies (waterfall and agile) based on PMBOK Guide and SCRUM’s approach in the context of Human Resource (HR) Technology including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR) / VR (Virtual Reality), Blockchain, Big data, Cloud computing, Internet of Things (IOT), Robotics, and Social Media used in HR development or people management.

出席10%
由課代每節點名,請假或遲到15分鐘內,扣學期總分1分,缺課或遲到15分鐘以上皆扣學期總分2分,缺課或請假合計達六次(含)以上,學期總成績以零分計。(請假須到學校系統完成請假為準,並列印交給課代,否則視同缺課)。
 
課堂參與 60%
各組每周輪流上台完成一個個案,並依據"課文內容"所教的方法來解析個案,限時18分鐘。報告組若有成員缺席,該缺席學生課堂討論與參與成績以零分計。若被指定組別當周沒有準備或派員上台分享,全組成員學期總成績以零分計。報告組須在報告前一天晚上23:59以前,將個案解析以PPT格式上傳至作業區。以組為單位,由同儕進行線上互評。

期末作業30%
以小組為單位,自行定義專案問題與範疇,完成一份完整的專案計畫書(依規定格式),並進行簡報 (限18分鐘)。
 

加分項: 課代因協助課務,學期總分加5分。經加分後,若學期總分超過100分,以100分計算。
 
其它規定: 上課中若非經老師指示或下課外,不得使用社交媒體或即時通訊 (例如: Facebook, Instagram, Twiter, 微博, Line, Wechat, WhatsAPP等),亦不得在上課打瞌睡、不參與討論或任何影響其他同學上課氣氛的行為,老師有權請違反規定的同學立刻離開教室,該堂3節課視同未出席
