The aim of this course is to facilitate the learning of concepts and practices related to human resource development (HRD). The course will emphasize the role of employee training and development in the workplace and advanced technology application in the learning processes. Participants will learn about contemporary adult learning and training technologies. Participants will learn how to integrate this knowledge when undertaking the analysis, design, development, implement and evaluate of effective HRD interventions in organizations. (This is an exclusive learning network for undergraduate students at National Taiwan Normal University).

Course activities
出席20%: 由課代每節點名,(出席分數 = 實際出席/應出席 *100),請假或遲到15分鐘內以出席0.5次計算。缺課或請假合計達六次(含)以上,學期總成績以零分計。 (請假須到學校系統完成請假為準)

期中考 20%: 25題英文選擇題 (單選),線上作答。30分鐘內答完,答對每題4分,答錯不倒扣。

期末報告20%:  4~5人一組,以PPT輔助進行18分鐘TED式口頭分享,10分鐘與老師及其他同學答辯,主題為本班的訓練計畫書。每位組員都要上台簡報分享,合計18分鐘。分數計算以組為單位,同組成員得分相同。分數計算以"組"為單位,由老師評分,同組成員得分相同。指定日期前,以組為單位上傳PPT至本學習平台。

課堂參與 40%: 以小組為單位,每周輪流主持問題與討論,限時40分鐘 (含Q&A)。報告組若有成員缺席,該缺席學生課堂討論與參與成績以零分計。若被指定組別當周沒有準備或派員上台分享,全組成員學期總成績以零分計。報告組須在報告前一天晚上23:59以前,將課章Discussion Questions以PPT格式上傳至作業區。下課前由非報告組"每位"同學個別對報告"組"進行同儕評鑑。
非報告組針對報告組所提出來"章節重點"和個案的"問題"與"對策",提出1.認同之處; 2. 不認同之處; 3.有疑問的地方。並解釋為什麼認同、不認同與疑問。並以組為單位,在下課前30分鐘上傳3張PPT Slides至Discussion Questions"。由報告組"每位"同學個別對非報告"組"進行評分 (5點量表)。3張PPT包括:
  1. 你同意報告組的那些論點,為什麼?
  2. 你不同意報告組的那些論點,為什麼?
  3. 你對報告組問題討論與解釋什麼疑問?
  • 評分標準 : 條理分明,讓我參與這堂學到很多。 1分(非常不同意); 2分(不同意); 3分(普通); 4分(同意); 5分(非常同意)

加分項: 學期結束前,由全班同學票選整個學期在問題討論解析或答問最具頁獻的五位同學,最高票總分得加9分; 次高7分; 第三名5分; 第四名4分; 第五名3分。老師得依例外表現,保有另外加分的權限,不以前五名同學為限。課代因協助課務,學期總分加5分。經計算,若學期總分超過100分,以100分計算。

      Preparing for the midterm.  The exam will be comprised of multiple choice questions, approximately 25 of them.
